The use of this Site, any services available through it, or any information contained in it is not permitted if you do not agree with any of these Terms. The use of this Site shall constitute your agreement to comply with all of the terms described below.
If you are using this Site for your company’s use, you declare that you are an authorized representative who has the authority to legally bind your company to these Terms and to grant Intellego Consulting the necessary permission to make changes to your company’s website.
intellegoconsulting .ca and intellego.pro are owned by Intellego Consulting Inc, a certified Shopify partner registered in the province of Alberta, at 109, 132-250 Shawville Blvd SE, Calgary, AB, Canada. Intellego and Intellego Consulting are trading names used by Intellego Consulting for their services. While referring to Intellego or Intellego Consulting, the words, ‘we’, ‘our’ or ‘us’ will be used throughout this document to denote all its subsidiaries and partner affiliates.
By using this site, you agree to permit Intellego Consulting to build you a website or make changes to your existing website as decided mutually before the implementation of any of these changes.
Intellego Consulting might make changes to the content and services offered by our websites (intellegoconsulting.ca) at any time. If any of these changes are unacceptable to you, you shall cease using the site and the services provided. Your continuance to use the Site will be conclusively deemed to have accepted the changes.
Terms of Use of intellegoconsulting.ca
The Terms of Service given below will determine your access and usage of the intellegoconsulting.ca website:
- To access all sections and pages of the Site, you need to provide your company name, address, your name and/or an email address you can be reached at. Additional information might be required for the completion of some of the services provided by Intellego Consulting. You will be prompted to provide such information through external documents that are not displayed on the website, such as the Client Questionnaire, or emails sent by a representative of our company. The information you provide will solely be used to perform the required services.
- You must have the authority to authorize Intellego Consulting to access the website for which you request the service.
- An authorized representative of Intellego Consulting has the right to approve or reject a service request, depending on the type and number of services that are in the queue to be solved. We also reject services that are deemed out of scope for the type of services Intellego Consulting provides or due to issues with communicating the requirements for that service.
- You declare that all the personal information and business/website data you provide are accurate, updated, and complete to your knowledge.
- If you choose to create an account with intellegoconsulting.ca, you are required to submit your name, email address and other details as stated in the ‘Create an Account’ page and confirm a password. You are solely responsible for keeping your password to our website secure and confidential. In case you have lost or disclosed the password to a third party, your password has been stolen or you suspect a breach of security/cyberattack/unauthorized use of your site or your intellegoconsulting.ca account/password on your device, you agree to notify us. It is your duty to ensure the security of your account as Intellego Consulting does not take responsibility for a security breach to your site or your intellegoconsulting.ca account. You can opt to change or remove your account information at any time or notify intellegoconsulting.ca through an email or phone call in case you want us to update or remove your account on your behalf.
- You will need to give Intellego Consulting representatives the access that they are requesting to your Shopify store or connected marketing pages ( such as Google accounts, Facebook Business Managers, etc) after submitting a service requirement. These details are stored with us securely and are accessed by us until the completion of the services we will provide to you. As per our Privacy Policy, we do not share any of your other personal or store information with third parties and do not use these details for any purpose other than working on your service requests. After the completion of your project, we may remove the access or delete these credentials.
- You accept and acknowledge that you are of legal age to use our website. Your use of our services shall not be in violation of any government law, contract, or agreement. If Intellego Consulting finds you to be under the age of 18 or representing any inaccurate, incomplete data, we will withdraw your right to use our site or any of our services.
Backups
Website owners requesting services from Intellego Consulting are responsible to back up their website prior to requesting any changes. Intellego Consulting will backup the portion of the website it will change prior to performing any change ( the theme, Product list, etc) in case it needs to revert to a previous state, however, Intellego Consulting doesn’t keep backup files after a service has been accepted and is no longer refundable.
Copyright Restrictions
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are using the intellegoconsulting.ca website only for the purposes stated above. You will abide by the Copyright laws and will not reproduce or copy any content from this website without obtaining our written consent. All the documents provided to you and all the content, images, logos, services descriptions are copyrighted by Intellego Consulting and considered intellectual property.
Time Estimates for Completing the Service
We provide time estimates in the description of each of the services listed on our website. The time estimate starts from the moment we successfully charged your credit card, PayPal account or received the payment through other methods of payment and we have been granted all the necessary access to complete the task, whichever occurs last. For example, if you purchased a customization task and we have received our payment but have not been granted access to your website for 3 days, the estimated completion time for the service starts from the day we receive access to your website.
We strive to honour our time estimates; however, if there are delays in receiving the payment or receiving the necessary access, we might not be able to honour the estimate due to prior commitments and a high workload. In such a situation, we will send you new time estimates for the completion of your purchased service.
If you purchased a store setup service from us, the ownership of the website will not be transferred unless we receive full payment for the work we have performed.
Purchases from intellegoconsulting.ca
- For the customization or markeitng integration tasks purchased from intellegoconsulting.ca, you will be asked to grant Intellego collaborator access to your Shopify website. The type of access required will be specified in the description of our service. The collaborator access granted should be maintained until you declared yourself satisfied with the service provided and the task is closed.
- Intellego Consulting offers a 72 hours satisfaction guarantee to the customization and marketing integration services. During this period you can request reviews of the work performed. They will be provided to you free of charge unless one of the following occurs:
- the review contains requests for services that are outside of the scope of the service purchased
- you purchased a task for which the number of reviews is clearly stated in the description of the service and you have already exhausted the number of reviews stated
- For Shopify Store Setup and Shopify By Button services, the number of reviews is stated in the task and the 72 hours rule described above does not apply.
- At Intellego Consulting we work hard to ensure our clients’ satisfaction. However, if you are not happy with the service provided, we ask you to reach out to us by any form of communication provided on our Contact Us page before initiating a refund. Our refund policy is described below.
- For more expensive services, such as store setup, we provide our clients with the option to pay in installments. The last installment must be paid before the ownership of the store is transferred to the client.
Refunds and Cancellation
Intellego Consulting offers specialized services that go beyond Shopify’s support services. Some of our services, such as submitting a website to Google Search Console, or setting up Google Analytics, can be purchased by WordPress or Wix website owners. The same refund policy applies to them.
To assess our services, we encourage first-time clients to purchase only one task at the beginning and to take advantage of any discount code they have received from us. When store owners apply promotions or discount offers, they can reduce their risk in evaluating our services.
Shopify Store Setup services are excluded from this Refund Policy, as they are provided under a personalized contact between Intellego Consulting and the client.
Our Money-Back Guarantee provision makes it easier for you to decide whether to work with us. We offer:
- 100%, 14 days Money-Back Guarantee in case you are not happy with the services provided on your first store customization or marketing integration task.
- 100%, 72 hours Money-Back Guarantee for returning clients. If you have previously ordered a task from us and have accepted and confirmed that you were satisfied with the results, the second and following tasks are covered by 100%, 72 hours Money-Back Guarantee.
- Upon service delivery date having passed the above terms without the client notifying Intellego Consulting of any issues, it is considered by default that the client is satisfied with the service and the refund policy is no longer applicable.
- In the event that the client informs Intellego Consulting that the service provided was not satisfactory, Intellego Consulting will either reopen the task to rectify the situation or refund the client in full after restoring the website from the backup to the previous state.
Unauthorized Activities
When using the services provided by Intellego Consulting you agree to refrain from :
- Use defamatory, racially, ethnically or another kind of offensive language
- Abuse, threaten, harass or violate the legal rights of Intellego Consulting’s owner, employees or clients
- Use any automated means to access the intellegoconsulting.ca website ( web scrappers, spiders, robots)
- Take any action that can harm our website
- Post anything that can harm our clients or site visitors
- Post copyrighted or trademarked materials without consent from the owner of the material
The list of prohibited actions provided above is just an example and is not meant to be complete or exclusive. Intellego Consulting reserves the right to terminate your access to their website or associated social media accounts with or without notice, with or without cause, for any action that Intellego Consulting deems as inappropriate. In case of illegal actions against the site, Intellego Consulting reserves the right to report such actions to law enforcement authorities.
