Refunds and Cancellation

Intellego Consulting offers specialized services that go beyond Shopify’s support services.  Some of our services, like Google Search Console submissions or setting up Google Analytics, can be purchased by Shopify merchants as well as WordPress and Wix website owners.   Whatever platform hosts your website, it is subject to the same refund policy. 

To help new clients assess our services, we encourage them to purchase only one task at the beginning, and to make use of any discount codes they receive from us.   When store owners use promo and discount offers, they can reduce the risk of evaluating our services.  

Shopify Store Setup services are excluded from this Refund Policy, as they are provided under a personalized contact between Intellego Consulting and the client.

Our Money-Back Guarantee provision makes it easier for you to decide whether to work with us.  We offer:

  • 100%, 14 days Money-Back Guarantee in case you are not happy with the services provided on your first store customization or marketing integration task.
  • 100%, 72 hours Money-Back Guarantee for returning clients. If you have previously ordered a task from us and have accepted and confirmed that you were satisfied with the results, the second and following tasks are covered by 100%, 72 hours Money-Back Guarantee.
  • Once the above terms have been met without Intellego Consulting being notified by the client of any issues, the client is deemed to be satisfied with the service and the refund policy no longer applies.
  • In the event that the client informs Intellego Consulting that the service provided was not satisfactory, Intellego Consulting will either reopen the task to rectify the situation or refund the client in full after restoring the website from the backup to the previous state.
